Academy of Learning company announced the Interim Financial Results for the Period Ending on 2022-06-30 ( Six Months ), as the company achieved a growth in net profit of 10.288%. However, the earnings per share index did not reflect that improvement due to the difference in the weighted average of shares during the current period with the comparison period, where the weighted average of shares reached during the current period 6,000,000 shares compared to 4,515,616 shares for the similar period of the previous year.
Academy of Learning opens a new higher training institute for women in the city of Dammam
Academy of Learning company is pleased announce the opening of a new higher training institute for women in the city of Dammam on Wednesday August 17, 2022 AD. The institute is located in the center of Dammam city, on Jubail Dhahran Highway, in Al-Rawdah district, with a gross building area of (1585) square meters. This is the third branch of the company in Dammam and its largest, with (1200) female students’ accommodation capacity. It was designed and equipped with the best modern educational technical specifications, and contains multiple classrooms, laboratories and a large multi-usage hall, a cafeteria, and many lounges for the students. The financial impact will show from the second half of the year 2022 AD. Thus, the number of the academic institutes in the Eastern Province has become (13) educational training institutes.
Saudi Exchange Celebrates the listing of the Academy of Learning company on the Nomu – Parallel Market

Academy of Learning Co announces its dividend policy for 2022, 2023, 2024
Academy of Learning Co. announces that the company’s board of directors, in its meeting on 20-12-1443 AH corresponding to 19-07-2022 AD, approved the dividend policy for the years 2022 and 2023 and 2024, and it will be presented during the next general assembly meeting for approval, the date will be announced later. The policy aims to maintain a minimum dividend per share on the basis of three riyal annually. The dividend policy is as follows: Academy of Learning Company aims to distribute 1.5 Saudi riyals per share for each half-year period, for the three years 2022 and 2023 and 2024. Note that the dividend policy will be subject to change based on any fundamental changes in the company's strategy or sharp fluctuations in prices or any obligations that may arise for the company in the future
